Fritzation is my creative practice as a Bessie Award-winning movement director, choreographer, director, performer, and educator based in New York City. For more than twenty years, I have shaped story-driven movement for film, television, theatre, and higher education, collaborating with partners such as Warner Bros., Netflix, PBS, Jacob's Pillow, and Sadler's Wells. How I Work
Every collaboration begins with a focused conversation about your story, cast, and production needs. I then craft a movement blueprint that honors cultural context, visual design, and logistical realities. Rehearsals refine that language on bodies and in space, aligning performers with directorial intent. On set, on stage, or in the studio, I guide execution with clarity so the final work feels precise, human, and unforgettable.

My process blends theatre training, street and contemporary dance, Afro-diasporic movement, body percussion, and Double Dutch traditions, always in service of narrative clarity.
