I am Fritzlyn “Fritz” Hector, a Bessie Award-winning director, choreographer, movement director, performer, and educator working across film, television, theatre, live performance, and higher education.
With more than two decades of experience, I bring together movement, rhythm, character, and storytelling to create work for stage and screen. My career includes STOMP, Warner Bros., Amazon Prime, Netflix, PBS, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the US Open, Madison Square Garden, Jacob’s Pillow, and Sadler’s Wells.
