I am a Bessie Award-winning movement director, choreographer, performer, director, and educator based in New York City. With over two decades of experience spanning film, television, live theatre, and higher education, I specialize in translating complex narrative arcs into authentic physical performance.
My career has taken me from international stages as a performer and cast trainer with STOMP to major screen productions with Warner Bros., Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Drawing from a rich multidisciplinary background—including contemporary dance, theatre, street styles, Afro-diasporic traditions, and body percussion—I collaborate closely with directors, producers, and performers to bring distinct visual visions to life.
