Actor & Performer Movement Coaching

Actor & Performer Movement Coaching is my one-on-one and small-group coaching practice for artists who want their bodies to tell the story as clearly as their voices. Whether you are preparing for a feature film, a new play, a tour, or an audition, I help you build a physical vocabulary that feels lived-in, specific, and camera- or stage-ready.
For actors, I offer Actor Movement Coaching that links character psychology to physical choice. Together, we explore posture, gesture, rhythm, and spatial behavior so that every move supports the script. You leave with repeatable, grounded choices that hold up under close-up, long takes, and high-pressure rehearsals.
Dancers and dance-adjacent performers can tap into Dancer Performance Coaching, where the focus shifts to stage presence, nuance, and expressive range. I refine how you use breath, focus, and timing so choreography reads as story, not just steps.
When the lens is involved, On-Camera Movement Coaching addresses how bodies translate on screen. I work with you on frame awareness, economy of motion, and continuity, so you can adjust quickly to notes from directors and DP's without losing authenticity.
For multi-hyphenate performers, Physicality Coaching strengthens overall body awareness and versatility, allowing you to shift styles, eras, and genres without strain. Expressive Movement Coaching then goes deeper into storytelling, helping you release tension, increase emotional availability, and trust your body as an instrument of narrative.
Across all coaching formats, I bring two decades of professional experience and a direct, supportive approach. Sessions are structured, practical, and calibrated to your current project, giving you tools you can apply immediately in rehearsal, on set, or in the audition room.
